Hi i’m lukas

I'm Lukas Debnam, a strength and conditioning coach based in Perth, WA. I work with developing athletes building toward their next level, working professionals managing the physical demands of a busy career, and retirees wanting to stay strong, mobile, and capable as they age. Whatever stage you're at, the goal is the same — building real capacity in your body for the life you actually live.

I've played sport at a high level myself — competing alongside professional cricketers in Australia and the UK, representing my state in football at under-15, and playing first team football by 17. That experience taught me what it actually takes to perform under pressure, and it's why I do this: I want to help people build real quality of life through genuine athleticism, whatever that looks like for them — whether it's a competitive edge on the field or simply moving better through everyday life.

I've worked within elite environments including the WACA youth and senior squads, Wesley College football, and South Fremantle WAFL Colts — shaping a coaching approach that's structured, evidence-based, and built around what each individual actually needs.

My coaching runs on the Build → Develop → Perform framework.

I hold a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science with ESSA accreditation and I am currently in the process of completing my ASCA Level 2 accreditation.
